Scott Harvey is the reason why the Amador County AVA is popular. The oldest Zinfandel vineyard in the country, here on Steiner Road, is cared for by the Harvey family. We worked with Scott back in the days of Santino Winery – we even carved jack-o-lanterns at Halloween with his daughters. Sutter Creek Holiday Open House: The Grand Opening of the new Scott Harvey Tasting room location at 79 Main St. culminated with Sutter Creek's 2009 Holiday Open House. The town was filled with people enjoying an old-fashioned Christmas – and the Tasting room was no exception. Even Santa Claus stopped by to visit!
