Alcohol: 13.9% by volume

This wine is dark and elegant with smooth, supple flavors. It is important to preserve and elaborate the flavors from these tiny rich berries, and to just coax out that oak in the undertones of the wine. Petite Sirah was created in France in the 1870's by crossing peloursin grapes with syrah and was then called after its creator, "durif."
Aging: With our new winemaking equipment, all our red wines are ready to drink now, and are well made enough to build character in the long run. |
| The Mountain Quail Wine Label limited edition print by artist Joe Garcia is expected to sell out. |
| Our wines are only available in our tasting room. We don’t sell through stores and restaurants. We can ship to your home in over 20 states. |
